All stands must be of a pyramid construction with a pin ratchet-type stand. The same applies for floor jacks, hydraulic Jacking equipment, floor jacks, motor lifters, or bottle jacks. They all must have a safety valve.
A safety valve is an overload valve that physically stops you from lifting more than the designated weight of the jack you are using.
Our test procedure includes the following
We offer 6, or 12 monthly Safety Inspections complete with Certificate of Inspection. We also supply Service stickers for each unit displaying the safe working load date tested and due date for the next service / inspection.
We supply an equipment register to record make an model, serial number, and batch number and any other identifying labels to the registry.
